Adam Schenk's clubs: What's in his Bermuda Championship-winning bag

Adam Schenk survived wicked winds at Bermuda’s Port Royal Golf Course all week to win the Butterfield Bermuda Championship for his first PGA Tour victory.

Facing the shortest course on the PGA Tour and wind gusts of over 40 mph on Sunday, Schenk hung on thanks to a unique bag setup with no fairway woods.

Actually, his bag this week displays expert levels of gear nerdom.

Let’s start with his eight-year-old Ping G400 driver. The G400 is one that many Ping pros and non-staffers clung to for years. Schenk is one of the few pros still playing it, but Bernhard Langer is another notable user. He’s used a newer G430 Max at times this season, but the old faithful G400 got the call this week.

Nelly Korda of the United States plays a shot from the 15th tee during the second round of The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican 2025 at Pelican Golf Club on November 14, 2025 in Belleair, Florida.

That’s another thing. While Schenk isn’t one to try new gear often, he is one of the most notorious gear switchers on the PGA Tour.

Case in point this week is his iron set. At times this year, he’s used a full set of Ping i210s. But this week, he used those in just the 2- to 5-iron and rounded out his set with 6-PW in the Mizuno MP-18 SC. Those irons were released in 2018 and 2017, respectively.

Schenk’s Odyssey Tri-Hot Rossie is also probably the oldest putter to win on the PGA Tour this season, having been released in 2001 and being the first model to use the “Tri-Hot” name. Just three weeks ago, Odyssey added a putter to the group with the S2S Tri-Hot.

When it comes to golf ball, you can probably guess that Schenk is one of the last remaining users of the 2017 Titleist Pro V1. Brian Harman is another notable user of that ball.

In fact, the only pieces of gear in Schenk’s bag that were released this decade are his set of Vokey SM10 wedges.

Titleist Vokey SM10 Raw Custom Wedge

Titleist Vokey SM10 Raw Custom Wedge

For every shot, every lie, every course, there’s a grind fit for your swing. Finding the right grind to match your swing and playing conditions will give you the best turf interaction, contact and shot performance. Master Craftsman Bob Vokey has spent decades crafting, developing and improving his tour proven grinds to fit players of all levels.Anyone can manufacture a wedge, but it takes a master to turn a piece of high-performance technology into an instrument of creative control. Bob’s six tour-proven grinds are designed to offer maximum creativity, versatility and consistency, all meticulously developed through years of working with the best players in the world. PROGRESSIVE CENTER OF GRAVITY SM9 features a progressive center of gravity (CG) throughout the lofts, which optimizes ball flight, accuracy and forgiveness. Using tapered top lines and varied hosel lengths, the Vokey R&D team has raised the height of the CG in the higher lofts, which promotes a lower, more controlled flight. The CG is also forward of the face, resulting in increased MOI, exceptional feel and a club face that simply wants to square up at impact. SPIN MILLED GROOVES SM9’s patented Spin Milled grooves are meticulously engineered through a new cutting process to maximize spin and durability. The process starts by cutting the face perfectly flat with a high-speed saw. Then every groove is individually cut based on loft and finish; low lofts (46°-54°) are designed with narrower, deeper grooves, while higher lofts (56°-62°) have wider, shallower grooves.Micro-grooves are individually cut in between grooves, which maximize spin on partial shots. A proprietary heat treatment is applied to the impact area which doubles the durability of the groove without impacting feel, making it the most durable groove in golf. The process is only complete when every Vokey wedge is 100% inspected for utmost quality and performance.

Putter: Odyssey Tri-Hot Rossie

Odyssey Tri-Hot Square 2 Square Rossie Custom Putter

Odyssey Tri-Hot Square 2 Square Rossie Custom Putter

We’ve moved Zero Torque Forward. Odyssey’s new line of S2S TRI-HOT putters is a revolution in the “Zero Torque” category. Using multi-material construction, we have been able to move the CG of these putters far enough forward to get the shaft entering the head on the topline eliminating the need for shaft lean and thus eliminating one of the biggest barriers to entry for this style of putter. Forward CG and Hosel Position  By moving the CG forward we were able to position the hosel spud on the topline, much closer to the face than typical “Zero Torque” putters for a more natural, intuitive and comfortable set up position. Multi-Material Construction By strategically using Aluminum, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten we have been able to design a “Zero Torque” putter with more than 80% of its weight under the topline and allowing for our forward CG and hosel position. New FRD Groove This new Forward Roll Design Groove is deeper and more aggressive. With a 19° slope it works in conjunction with the dual layer design to improve forward roll up and down the face.
