There is altogether something different going down from Packaging, as if they’ve wrapped their ideas in an experimental bent so ‘Always Calling’ has an endlessly interesting spin on matters. Things coalesce beautifully on the chorus too so even those who might have found the path to that point quite demanding will be scooped up in flush of unexpected harmonies. This duo from Seattle dabble on the sidelines before knocking it out of the park. KH
