• Andy Anderson – Costs $5,000 in the Secret Shop
• Bam Margera – Costs $5,000 in the Secret Shop
• Birdman – Complete all goals + purchase feathers from the Secret Shop
• Constable Richard – Find every hidden panda plushie
• Michelangelo – Costs $10,000 in the Secret Shop
• Doom Slayer – Purchase the Deluxe Edition or the Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack
• Revenant – Purchase the Deluxe Edition or the Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack

As you can see, these are not particularly tricky to unlock overall and are significantly easier than many had expected. The hardest characters will be Birdman or Constable Richard. The former requires you to complete all goals, which will take some time.
