Clashes between Manchester City and Arsenal have been cagey affairs in recent season, especially with the Gunners’ improved defensive output. However, the game would be decided with a sucker punch for either of the sides to settle the contest.
Kevin de Bruyne started the midweek clash against Internazionale and was substituted for Ilkay Gundogan at the start of the second half. It is believed that he had a muscle injury and was a major doubt for the game. Pep Guardiola was very vague in his press conference but when you consider the magnitude of this clash, I’d expect KDB to start.
